Day to day operations are led by Ron Stites acting in the capacity of the Executive Director for the Center.

Ron Stites is a serial entrepreneur in high-tech companies.  He has taught courses at the university level in accounting, marketing and and marketing research.  He holds five patents in in chemical processes and has launched business startups and business expansions. His forte is integrating technical knowhow, business intelligence, finance, operations and sales into successful business operations.

Jeff Brubaker is an up and coming entrepreneur. A graduate of Colorado Christian University, Jeff holds a degree in Business Administration with a minor in marketing and has taken numerous courses taught by Ron Stites.  He has worked in sales and marketing in the new home industry and has experience in project management working for his Alma Mater. His willingness to adapt and be flexible has led to him wearing many different hats for the Center including facilitating the onboarding schedule and  leading marketing campaigns.

With over 30 years of experience managing teams within Business Intelligence, Vaughn has become an expert in system software integration, quality control, and compliance/value optimization. Throughout his career, Vaughn has been integral in establishing data architecture departments, developing data governance, and has developed a variety of business intelligence systems. He is also an expert in leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to automate business processes, gain critical insight for key business decisions through data analysis, and create smooth engagement with customers and employees.
